Thank you for what you have decided to visit CONGRESS ULPGA 2017 !
For registration to participate, you must go through several steps:
- choose the event
- fill the conditions of participation in the event
- fill in the registration form.
After registration you must pay the bill which exposed the organizer of the forum.
Cost contribution is calculated in Euro exchange rate on the payment date.
Forum participant has the right to withdraw from the West writing to the organizers.
In case of failure of a participant in more than 28 (twenty eight) days before the event organizer returns a subscription except administrative cost of 40 Euro for each participant.
In case of Participant's refusal to participate in less than 28 days before the event organizer reserves 100% subscription fee for this Agreement.
If the registered participant can not take part in the event instead of the West has the right to take another representative participant provided written notice to the organizers.

- Activities in Monaco - Ukrainian specialists will visit the LPG holiday on the Azure coast of France on May 29 - June 01. The event coincides with the celebration of the European LPG Association AEGPL its 50th anniversary! In the program Business Breakfast, Working Groups on Automotive Gas and European Law, for the first time in Europe, Ukraine will have its pavilion at the exhibition. An interesting excursion program will be offered. The event will bring together specialists, representatives of leading companies, traders and producers of the latest equipment in the liquefied natural gas sector. This is a great opportunity for Ukrainian specialists not only to exchange experience, new developments, achievements, but also get acquainted with modern European news and technologies. It is an opportunity to discuss in a relaxed atmosphere the main themes of the Ukrainian and European markets. Well, the party is an important part of the event.
Participant of the Events in Monaco receives :
- Flight;
- Accommodation in Hotel Riviera Marriott Hotel La Porte De Monaco, Port de Cap d'Ail, 06320, Monaco France, 29.05-1.06;
- Transfers;
- Business breakfast, Riviera Marriott Hotel La Porte De Monaco;
- Visiting the exhibition LPG;
- Excursion program. Pay separately for the tour guide;
- Visits to the Working Groups on technical issues, on policy in the LPG sector, AutoGas.
- Gala Dinner
*The cost of participating in the AEGPL Conference is not included in the registration fee for participating in the events in Monaco
- The participant of the forum has the right to refuse to participate in the Events by notifying the Organizers (in writting form) within 10 calendar days from the date of registration in the period of early registration.
- In case of refusal of participation by the Participant more than 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the beginning of the event, the Organizer shall refund the subscription with the exception of administrative expenses in the amount of 300 Euro for each Participant.
- If the Participant refuses to participate less than 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the start of the event, the Organizer reserves 100% subscription to the Contributions under this Agreement.
- In the event that the registered Participant can not participate in the Activity instead of him can take part another Representative of the Participant, provided the written notice to the Organizers within 30 (thirty) calendar days before the start of the event, which is related to the ticket of the flight and stay at the hotel.
* Participation fee is in Euro, including VAT. In case of payment in UAH, a commercial rate is applied.
