Thank you for what you have decided to visit CONGRESS ULPGA 2017 !
For registration to participate, you must go through several steps:
- choose the event
- fill the conditions of participation in the event
- fill in the registration form.
After registration you must pay the bill which exposed the organizer of the forum.
Cost contribution is calculated in Euro exchange rate on the payment date.
Forum participant has the right to withdraw from the West writing to the organizers.
In case of failure of a participant in more than 28 (twenty eight) days before the event organizer returns a subscription except administrative cost of 40 Euro for each participant.
In case of Participant's refusal to participate in less than 28 days before the event organizer reserves 100% subscription fee for this Agreement.
If the registered participant can not take part in the event instead of the West has the right to take another representative participant provided written notice to the organizers.

- Participants of the Ukrainian LPG Association ULPGA - representatives of companies participating in the Association UAAS (1 participant UASG free of charge). The third participant from another company additionally -10% of the amount of the registration fee. Fourth and each subsequent delegate from one company additionally -15% of the amount of the registration fee).
- Civil servants - representatives of state bodies of Ukraine (no more than one agency free of charge)
- Participants of the LPG market of Ukraine - representatives of the members of the Ukrainian LPG market. (Third participant from one company additionally -10% of the amount of the registration fee. The fourth and each subsequent delegate from one company additionally -15% of the amount of the registration fee).
- Participants from foreign companies - representatives of LPG market companies in Europe and in the world.
- Participants of the Ukrainian technological conference UTC May 18, 2018 - discounts on the number of participants are not provided.
- Spouse - translator (30% of the cost of any category of participation). The status of spouse must be confirmed.
- Gala Dinner -Additional Gala Dinner ticket
Full one-time registration fee for one Western participant in Kiev includes,
(except for those participating only in the technology conference on May 18, 2018):
- Two-day participation at the ULPGA 23rd General Assembly and UTC 2018 Technology Conference ;
- Ability to attend exhibition;
- Provision of materials from the 23rd General Assembly of the ULPGA;
- Coffee breaks, lunches;
- Invitation to the Gala-event;
- Outcomes of the Events in Kyiv;
- The forum participant has the right to refuse to participate in the activities by notifying the Organizers in writing.
- In case of refusal by the Participant more than 28 (twenty eight) calendar days prior to the start of the event, the Organizer shall refund the subscription with the exception of administrative expenses in the amount of 40 Euros for each Participant.
- If the Participant refuses to participate less than 28 calendar days prior to the start of the event, the Organizer reserves 100% subscription to the Contributions under this Agreement.
- If the registered Participant can not participate in the activity instead of him in the another Representative of the Participant can take part, in case a written notification to the Organizers.
*The participation fee is indicated in Euro, including VAT. In case of payment in UAH, a commercial rate is applied.
The cost of living is not included in the registration fee for participating in the Events in Kyiv. For the participants of the CONGRESS ULPGA 2018, the hotel Ramada Encore Kiev provides special conditions, which you can see on the page ACCOMODATION IN THE HOTEL
